Helping a niche equipment supplier clarify their market and build a platform for growth.
The Situation
Window Gleam Equipment supplies high-end window cleaning tools to professionals in the industry. Their customers include dedicated window cleaning businesses as well as service companies like garden services and residential cleaning companies that also offer window cleaning.
At the time, the company shared its website and marketing with a partner business that provided window cleaning services. This created confusion in their messaging, as the site had to promote both the service business and the equipment business at the same time.
They also had a range of new equipment and products they wanted to release, but no proper platform to showcase them.
The Challenge
The business needed a website that could clearly present their product range and make it easier for customers to explore their equipment.
More importantly, they needed to separate their product business from the service company so they could market directly to their ideal customers without conflicting messages.
The Strategy
Instead of simply building a new website, the focus was on positioning Window Gleam Equipment as its own standalone brand.
This meant creating a dedicated platform where the company could showcase its products clearly, communicate directly with its target market, and run marketing campaigns without mixing product and service messaging.
The Work
I initially built a full e-commerce website that allowed the business to display its product range and support future online sales.
Later, the site was refined into a streamlined product-focused website designed to showcase the equipment clearly while making it easier for customers to browse the available tools and solutions.
I now continue to maintain the website and make updates as the business releases new products or needs adjustments.

The Outcome
The new website gave Window Gleam Equipment a clearer identity as a standalone brand in the window cleaning equipment market.
